Rates are customized for each place of business. 

On average rates are:

2 hours = $120 per hour

4 hours = $105 per hour

6 hours = $90 per hour

plus state tax

outside the metro area (10 miles or more) there is an addtional charge of $1.00 per mile. This is a one way fee that is not taxed.

We have options for the company paying all of the fee or any percentage you may choose and the employee paying the balance.
